The following documents are available for download in Microsoft Word
format or PDF formatby clicking on the link with your right hand mouse
button then selecting "Save Target As....." in the dialogue box that
opens. You will then be asked where on your computer you would like to
save the document. Alternatively you can simply left click the
link to view it.
Expedition Forms
- Personal Information Form
This is to be used to gather medical and contact information about
an expedition participant. If the participant is under 18years
old the form should be completed by the participant's carer.
